Subject: [PATCH 005/351] ARM: dts: sun8i-h3-orange-pi-pc: Increase max CPUX
voltage to 1.4V
When using thermal regulation we can afford to go higher. Also add
regulator-ramp-delay, because regulator takes some time to change
voltage.
